Janice Hocutt - Finance Manager

Janice (aka Power Panther) began her work at the Poe Center in 2005 as IT/Operations Manager coordinating daily functions, especially IT. In 2009 she became Finance Manager and has served in this capacity since that time.

Though she has worked in the "business world" full-time since 1986, her degrees and first love is music. She has a Master of Music in Piano Performance from UNC-G and Piano and Organ Performance from Meredith College. She is currently serving as organist in one local church and pianist in another.

A North Carolina native, Janice has two children Audrey and David and a bird, Oliver. When she's not working at Poe or playing the organ/piano her favorite thing is playing games and often plays scrabble online with her sisters.
