Regional Occasional Health Educator

Annette Sentner brings more than 30 years experience to Poe as a community health educator and school counselor. She received her Bachelor’s Degree at UNC-Greensboro in 1987 and her Master’s Degree at NC A&T University in 1997.

Her mission in life has been, and continues to be, to provide encouragement for others to value and protect their physical and mental health by establishing positive healthy behaviors for life.

Annette specializes in puberty and adolescent development, parent/child relationships, and fitness and nutrition. She is married and the mother of five girls. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, reading novels and Jazzercise.
