DESCRIPTION:Presented at no charge to attendees.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMental Health First Aid\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older\, how to offer and provide initial help\, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety\, depression\, psychosis\, and addictions. \n\n\n\n\nThis class is split into two days\, March 7th and the 14th. Participants MUST attend both sessions to be certified. \n\n\n\n\nSign up today to reserve your spot.
