It’s playtime with the Poe Center!
Join our health educators each week online for fun activities to stay active and healthy this summer. Wellness Wednesdays is a courtesy program available to the public at no cost.
WHO: Kids and Teens
WHAT: Each week will highlight one of the following activities:
- July 1 – Kids Yoga
- July 8 – Fitness Fun
- July 15 – Snacking with MyPlate
- July 22 – Kids Yoga
- July 29 – Nutrition for a Healthy Smile
- August 5 – Snacking with MyPlate
- August 12 – Fitness Fun
WHEN: Every Wednesday, July 1 – August 12, 2020 | 2 p.m.
WHERE: Online with the Poe Center
REGISTER: Register in advance here. You will receive an email with instructions on how to join the online activities via Zoom.
Registrations are welcome for individuals and groups.
