Parents Matter!

Have you had "The Talk" with your kids? The Poe Center now offers a 5 week series for parents of 4th & 5th graders that equip participants with the knowledge and skills to be their child's sex educator.

The Parents Matter! program will include:
- Tips on how to improve communication
- Strategies for communicating your values to your child
- Practice answering hard questions
- Learning the truth about kids' sexual behavior
- Talking with other parents dealing with the same issues
- Information about puberty and other health topics

Don't Stand By: Be a H.E.R.O

The Poe Center has a brand new program available for the fall! "Don't Stand By: Be a H.E.R.O." is a program on bullying prevention geared toward 4th and 5th grade students.

Space Available for Immediate Occupancy!

The Poe Center is able to lease 770 sq. ft. for immediate occupancy to a health or youth serving agency or business. This space is outfitted with modular furniture that you may use and arrange to best meet your needs. The lease is full-service and includes utilities, janitorial service and building security.
