After Hours Program FAQs
We often get a variety of questions about the After Hours program and have addressed some of the most frequently asked questions below. If you have any additional questions, please email Brenda Beatty, Family Life Assistant Director.
9th through 12th grade students at one of the three participating schools are eligible to participate in the club.
Contact the site coordinator for a copy of the enrollment form. An enrollment form, signed by your caregiver, must be submitted prior to participation.
Yes. Although we encourage students to attend regularly, staff will work with you to make sure you are able to come to the club before or after practice or attend on days when you don’t have a conflict.
No. There are never any fees associated with participating in the program.
Yes. Participation in the program can help you maintain good grades and establish a support network in the event you need assistance later. The program also offers life skills programs, fun field trips (including college tours), and other exciting activities.
Yes. Talk to the site coordinator at your school for assistance with transportation.
Yes. Snacks are available during every after school session; in fact, sometimes students actually make their own snack during our popular cooking classes.
