The Future of Play:
PlayWELL Park Renovations

Now Open!

This Poe Center recently completed a $1.6 million renovation to our one-of–a-kind body-systems themed PlayWELL Park. Kids of all ages will enjoy new cell and DNA-themed climbing structures; beautiful interactive sidewalk art; a new and improved body-system themed treehouse; and much more.

Built in 2004, PlayWELL Park is a treasured community resource. Over 30,000 school children and local families visit each year. The 1.5 acre playground integrates learning with immersive play. Renovations will ensure that PlayWELL Park continues to be a place for imaginative educational play for future generations.
