Featured Training
Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®
Poe Center for Health Education
Raleigh, NC
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Building skills to manage your nervous and threat response systems can help you navigate stress and increase resilience.
The evidence-based Community Resiliency Model® trains adults and youth on how to support themselves and others within their community. The primary focus of this skills-based, stabilization program is to reset the natural balance of the nervous system.
The goal is to help create “trauma-informed” and “resilience-focused” communities that understand the impact trauma and chronic stress have on the nervous system. Participants will learn practical tools to enhance resilience through hands-on activities, discussions, and practice.
