Lamb’s ear is a popular silver, fuzzy-leafed, ground cover in the mint family— emitting a scent when crushed. In warmer climates, Lamb’s Ear is an evergreen with tiny purplish-pink flowers that appear in the summertime. To increase foliage, it is recommended to remove the flowers, which also prevents Lamb’s Ear from spreading too quickly.
